tests: Upate RISC-V binaries and results

This patch updates the binaries and results for hello and insttest
regressions using the compressed extension.

tests: Update RISC-V hello test and stats

Update the "Hello, world!" executable for RISC-V to use the latest GNU
Linux toolchain and fix the stats accordingly.
